I stayed yesterday 10/3/25. The room was clean, the staff were nice. I can walk to nearby restaurants. I would stay again.
We are so great full to this motel. We had just lost our family to a fire it was 2 am and they made instant accommodations for our whole family. We originally went to motel 6 and they turned us away because we had no i.d for most the family because it was destroyed in the fire. Also they would not except my native i.s. we contacted the Bellingham Lodge and they said no problem just let them know how far out we were and they had our rooms ready and set up for us to sign in. A big thank you to the Bellingham Lodge for helping our family. They even had a Continental breakfast and coffee for guest . Thank you and big applause to your great staff. I would highly recommend this Motel to everyone to experience a hotel service at motel prices. Also the staff was very caring and helpful with my sister that is wheelchair having adequate accommodations.
Nice hotel, for the price. I don't know why some people give it 2 stars. Prices are moderate: free breakfast, hot tub, swimming pool and sauna are included. The rooms are clean. All the rooms are inside of the building; customer service is excellent. Housekeeping is excellent. Monthly and weekly discounts are available on requests, when off season. Location is downtown Bellingham, WA. Good stay for the price, as compared with the other motels nearby.
The hotel's location was perfect for our road trip, just a quick hop off I-5. We arrived late, but the person at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a really cozy feel. And don't even get me started on the waffles - they were amazing!
Motel is dated but it's fairly clean. Front end staff was great, friendly and helpful. Pretty easy to get around anywhere from here.
My Husband and I had a lovely time at the spa together after a local meeting at .A.A. Next morning the lovely miss staff worker made us waffles fresh off the skillet and my husband has seconds! Everything was twirly wonderful and.staff was very nice and helpful Thanks again for allowing us a perfect stay ao we could fall in love again that much sweeter!
Second time I stayed here, they are usually the lowest rate in the area. I never had an issue here, staff is friendly. The hotel is a tad dated in the common areas, but still feels homey enough, modern bathrooms in the rooms, and classic motel-style floral bed sheets. It feels clean enough. It's in a nice convenient area, alot of food options nearby, gas station across the street and close to freeway, about 1.5 miles from downtown Bellingbam.
Exceptional staff, we had such a good time. Budget hotel, clean, great value for money. It exceeded iur expectations.
